I’m Robert Trebla author of A Helping Hand Book. I didn’t always write stories about space or the strange things that make us human. For years, I worked at IBM,  deep in code, algorithms, math, and early AI. My world was logic and systems.

Then came a long, frustrating day, followed by a solo hike in the Tetons. That moment stuck with me. I wrote it down, and something shifted. From that day on, writing became more than a distraction. It became a calling.
